Please note:
1 When booking, remember to allow time for setting-up and clearing away your event.
2 Regrettably, play inflatables, such as bouncy castles, may not be used without the express permission of the committee as our insurer does not provide cover, and may only be used in accordance with this policy. If you wish to have a play inflatable we need to see a copy of your insurance policy, which is usually provided by the equipment supplier. Alternatively, your household insurer may provide cover or you can obtain cover via an online search.
3 Bookings are not confirmed until you have returned a signed hiring agreement and the treasurer has confirmed receipt of payment.
